Bay Area Builders is owned and operated by Texas City native and second generation builder, Marc Moss, and has been incorporated since 1999. Marc is past president of the Galveston Homebuilders Association, GHBA Builder of the Year 2003, and is also a Certified Graduate Builder. He is a previous member of the NAHB, Greater Houston HBA and Bay Area HBA. Bay Area Builders main focus is custom build on your lot, demolition, disinfect, dry and humidify and total restoration of storm damage homes with complete build back, and custom remodeling.
